(collectively, “Helpero”, “we” or “us”) provides web-based solutions to facilitate connections between customers that seek specific services and service professionals that offer these services. - Smart Lock Data: For Helpero Smart Lock users, we collect unlock events, alarm triggers, and user-defined access codes. Biometric data and PINs are stored locally on your device only and are not accessible to us.

(a) Direct Interactions: data you provide when creating an account, booking a service, or contacting Helpero support.
(b) Automated Technologies: We collect Technical Data using cookies, server logs, and similar technologies as you interact with our Platform.
(c) Third Parties: We may receive data from analytics providers and associate partners.
4. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We use your personal data only as permitted by law, specifically to:

- Facilitate the provision of Pro Services to you.

You may delete your account and stored personal data by sending an email to privacy@helpero.ca. We typically process these requests within 7 working days. Transaction data may be retained as required by tax and legal obligations.

Your data may be stored or processed in countries other than Canada where our servers or service providers are located. By using our Services, you consent to such cross-border transfers.
10. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate security measures including encryption and password protection to safeguard your data. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. In the event of a breach, we will notify you and relevant regulators as required by law.
